STUDIO VIBES AND POLICIES
Arrive On Time: Classes begin promptly. Arriving at least 5-10 minutes before class is greatly appreciated by both your instructor and fellow clients. This allows time to settle in, set up your reformer, and prepare mentally and physically for the session. Late arrivals disrupt the flow and for safety reasons, if you’re more than 5 minutes late, you’ll need to reschedule.
Silence Phones and Watches: Keep the studio focused and distraction-free by silencing all devices, including Apple Watches. Using a watch during class is distracting, unsafe, and may cause you to miss important cues or spring changes. Stay present and leave your watch on silent.
Health First: Let your instructor know about injuries, conditions, or pregnancy so we can adjust as needed.
Dress Code: Wear comfortable, clean attire. Grip socks are optional but highly recommended for stability and safety. They’re available for purchase at the studio.
Stay Through Cool-Down: Plan to stay for the entire session. If you must leave early, inform the instructor and sit near the door.
Tidy Space: Store personal items at the front to keep the studio safe and organized.
All Sales Final: Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
Reserve Ahead: Use our MindBody platform to book your spot.
Cancel Responsibly: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to keep your class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited credit.
Class switches are not permitted: Late switches cause open reformers in waitlisted classes, which prevents a fellow student from getting into class. Please only book classes you can definitely attend. Late cancel fees will apply if the request is made within 24 hours of the class.
No-Show Fee: A $30 fee applies for missed classes without prior cancellation, in addition to losing your credit. Fees are non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIP PERKS & POLICY
Class Rollovers: Unused classes roll into the next month but must be used by the end of that cycle.
Membership Holds: Freeze your membership once per year (30 days for travel, up to 90days for medical reasons) with written notice to neely@pilatesonthird.com.
10% Off Merchandise: Members receive 10% off all studio merchandise.
· Discounted Add-Ons: Members can purchase additional Pilates classes at their membership rate and weight classes for $32 each.
Cancellation Policy: Provide 30 days’ written notice to neely@pilatesonthird.com to cancel membership. Note: Unused rollover classes are forfeited upon cancellation.
Personal Use Only: Memberships are non-transferable and auto-renew for your convenience.
WAITLIST POLICY
Join the Queue: When a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll get an email notification. Once enrolled, the 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Multiple Waitlist Reservations: If you’re on multiple waitlists and added to more than one class, credits will be deducted for each enrollment. Monitor your notifications and promptly remove yourself from waitlists you no longer need to avoid losing credits unnecessarily.
