Pilates Reformer

Get It Right is the required starting point for all new clients and the perfect way to build a strong Pilates foundation. This reformer-based class focuses on proper form, body awareness, and controlled movement to help you feel confident and supported.
Classes are limited to 7 reformers, so you’ll get personalized instruction and hands-on guidance in a small-group, personal-training environment.

Power Flow — Get Strong & Long
Pilates Reformer
Intermediate + Advanced
Power Flow is a dynamic, strength-focused Pilates class designed to help you build long, lean muscle while moving with control and intention. This reformer-based class builds on foundational Pilates movements through intentional, intelligently programmed sequences that challenge strength, stability, and endurance.
Classes are intentionally capped at 7 reformers, allowing for personalized coaching, hands-on cueing, and individual attention in a focused, small-group format. Efficient, purposeful transitions keep the workout flowing while maintaining proper form and alignment.
Ideal for clients with a consistent Pilates practice who are ready to elevate their strength and move with confidence.

New clients are required to start with our Get It Right class to learn foundational movements and ensure a safe, successful Pilates experience.
Get Blasted
Pilates Reformer & Weights
Intermediate + Advanced
Pilates Blast is our most strength-focused class — designed to help you get stronger while having a blast doing it. This high-energy workout combines Pilates apparatus with weights and resistance through intentional, athletic programming that challenges your entire body.
With only 7 reformers per class, Pilates Blast delivers a true small-group, personal-training experience. Expect hands-on coaching, individualized strength cues, and creative, strength-driven sequences using the reformer, jump board, chair, and or tower paired with kettlebells, dumbbells, or resistance bands.
Best suited for experienced clients with a consistent Pilates practice who want to push their strength, sweat a little more, and leave feeling powerful and energized.

Reformer-based movement combined with weights and resistance

High energy, intentional programming, and serious results

Weight Lifting (Members Only)
Intermediate + Advanced
A structured, progressive strength training class designed to complement your Pilates practice. Focused on building capacity, improving mechanics, and developing strength through intentional programming. Coached in a small-group setting with the same attention to detail you expect, just with a different training focus.
What to expect:
Foundational lifts: squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls
Barbells, dumbbells, and functional strength equipment
Strong emphasis on proper form and mechanics
Controlled tempo to build strength and control
Progressive overload to drive measurable progress
For members ready to train with purpose and add another layer to their strength.
