STUDIO ETIQUETTE AND POLICIES
Be ready on your reformer at the start of class. No admittance 5 minutes after the start time of class!
No cell phones during class. If you have an emergency, please excuse yourself from class. Please be respectful of your fellow classmates and teacher!
Notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class!
Wear clean, appropriate attire.
Stay for the entire class (this includes stretching!). If you have a special circumstance, let the instructor know before class starts and grab a reformer by the exit.
All shoes and belongings are to be placed at the front of the studio.
We highly recommend grip socks for all classes (can purchase at the studio).
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
RESERVE A CLASS IN ADVANCE
We encourage everyone sign up in advance, but you can always walk-in to see if there’s a free reformer! Reservations are made in advance online through our MindBody. You can click "Schedule", "Book a Class" or click here. You can find our studio in the MindBody app by searching for Pilates on 3rd.
BE READY FOR CLASS
If it is your first time at the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class to learn about the apparatus. If it is not your first time, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your class or private.
LATE ARRIVAL
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your class or private. However, we know that traffic, work, life, kids, and pets don't always cooperate. In the case that you are more than 5 minutes late to class your reserved spot may be forfeited to a standby client and constitutes a late cancellation. Class participants arriving more than 5 minutes after the start of class will be denied admittance for safety and out of respect for class flow. Beginning a class without a proper warm up can be unsafe and we want every client to have a safe experience.
CANCELLING A CLASS IN ADVANCE
We understand that plans change and life gets in the way sometimes, but in order to be fair to all of our clients we ask you to follow our late cancellation/no show policy. By registering for class, you are agreeing to the terms of our late cancel and no show policy
You may early cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance for classes and the class will be credited back to you. If you cancel after this time you will be charged accordingly. If you late cancel or miss your reserved class (late cancel) and have a class pack, a class will be deducted from the remaining classes in your class pack. If you late cancel and have a monthly unlimited membership, you will lose your class for the day (you may purchase a member add on class to rebook same day). Cancelled classes cannot be switched within the 24-hour window.
For private sessions, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email or call the studio!
WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CLASS START TIME, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CLASS CREDIT.
CLASS SWITCH POLICY
Class switches are not permitted. Late switches cause open reformers in waitlisted classes, which prevents a fellow student from getting into class. Please only book classes you can definitely attend. Late cancel fees will apply if the request is made within 24 hours of the class.
CLASS NO SHOW POLICY
If you are not going to make it to class, please make every effort to cancel to allow another client to take your spot. Absence to class without a cancellation will result in a $20 No Show fee for members and non-members.
No Show fees are processed each Tuesday for the previous seven days and are non refundable.
WAITLIST
If your favorite class is full, definitely add yourself to the waitlist! If a spot opens up, you will be added to the class in the order of where you stood on the waitlist. If you register for a class more than 24 hours before the class, you will receive an auto email confirming your spot. The 24-hour cancellation policy still applies, so you are required to cancel online if you cannot make it.
