How to sign up for your first class:
Step 1: Click the "Sign Up Now" tab in our navigation bar at top of the page to take you to our mindbody page.
Step 2: Create a Profile by clicking "Sign Up!" located on the top right of mindbody.
Step 3: Click the "Classes" tab to view our Schedule. Also new clients are required to complete at least one Pilates Reformer Foundations Class.
Step 4: Click "Sign Up Now" for the class you plan to attend.
Step 5: Purchase an "Intro Package" to reserve your spot.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is beneficial for men and women, young and old, athletic, sedentary, or in physical therapy. It is a system of body conditioning that is both gentle and athletic, known for it’s “feel good” and body transforming results, which will help you in everyday life.
Regular Pilates sessions will bring you improved posture, strengthened and toned muscles without added bulk, flexibility and muscle control, alignment and coordination, increased lung capacity, improved body awareness and many other functional results.
In short, you will look and feel better and be more energized. It is also a chance to escape from the pressures of daily life and unwind as you focus on the detailed movements of Pilates, in the peaceful setting of our studio.
